Is this a paid opportunity?

No funding is available to organizations that choose to participate.

However, all resources, webinars, and other opportunities provided by the Collaborative are completely free thanks to generous funding from The John A. Hartford Foundation, the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, the Independence Foundation, and the Henry L. Hillman Foundation.

Can my organization participate if we do not have a partnership with a nursing home or school of nursing?

Yes! While many activities within the Collaborative are designed for nursing home and school of nursing partners, there are activities that will benefit your organization in various areas. Check out our "Resources" page for helpful information.

I have a pre-existing partnership with a nursing home or school of nursing. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Many of the recommended activities may help enrich and expand these partnerships. 

What type of schools of nursing can participate in the Collaborative?

We welcome schools of nursing that offer any type of nursing degree including BSN, ADN, MSN, and certificate programs. 

What type of nursing home can participate in the Collaborative?

We welcome all types of nursing homes to this work, both non-profit and for-profit. 

My organization is outside of Pennsylvania, what can we do?

The Collaborative is designed specifically for organizations based in Pennsylvania but is not exclusive to them.
