Leaders from the PA Teaching Nursing Home Collaborative came together to write the textbook "Practice & Leadership in Nursing Homes: Building on Academic-Practice Partnerships" to provide an evidence-based roadmap for high-quality, age-friendly care in nursing homes. The textbook is available now on the Sigma marketplace and on Amazon.
