The Collaborative supports, guides, and celebrates nursing homes and schools of nursing that work together to implement the Revisiting the Teaching Nursing Home framework.

Organizations that join the Collaborative can learn promising practices from regional and national leaders, expand their partnerships and networks, and apply to be recognized for their work.
